Придаточное предложение, описывающее причину события, о котором говорится в главном предложении. Отвечает на вопрос Why? (почему?). Вводится союзами because, as, since, for, seeing (that) (об особенностях употребления союзов см. Causal conjunctions). Придаточные с союзами for и because обычно следуют после главных."I came out," she went on, as he walked obediently by her side, "because the house somehow stifled me." — "Я вышла", - продолжила она, в то время как он покорно шел рядом с ней, - "потому что отчего-то задыхалась в этом доме".
